- Anniversary Special: Lecture by 2021 Turing Award winner Professor Jack Dongarra on 27.05.2022 at the "Maschinenhaus". 
(Lecture starts at 11:40 a.m., registration requested).
Professor Dongarra will give a talk titled "A Not So Simple Matter of Software." A distinguished professor of computer science, he conducts research at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He received the Turing Award for pioneering contributions to numerical algorithms and software that have enabled decades of extraordinary advances in computing power and applications.
