My area of research is the analysis and correction of models according to modeling guidelines by means of visual graph transformations. I am involved in the MATE (MATLAB Analysis and Transformation Environment) project. This project, in cooperation with others universities and enterprises, provides a concrete and industrial relevant application for this research topics.

My current research projects are:

  • MOFLON / extension of the SDM (Story Driven Modeling) diagrams with generic and reflective features:
The SDM diagrams - also called story diagrams - combine UML activity and collaboration diagrams. They allows the definition of the behaviour of methods and, more generally, the visual specification of graph transformations. The introduction of generic and reflective feature aims at improving the reusability and expressiveness of such diagrams.
