Model-Driven Security Engineering

Model Driven Engineering (MDE) gains more and more importance in the world of software engineering. This methodology has the goal to increase productivity by using models at different abstraction levels. Already today, embedded systems can be found in almost every environment and will distribute in further domains soon.  Security of ubiquitous computers in our future world cannot  be ensured by today's techniques. New techniques have to be developed to ensure security in novel application scenarios. Only then, it becomes possible to build secure software systems.
